Leading the team and the alliance is a seasoned conceptual designer and entrepreneur, who received his technical education from Silliman University in the Philippines and the CCP College of Architecture, also in the Philippines. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree in 1985.

He began his career (circa mid 80’s) as a Planner and Designer at PDM (Malaysia) Snd. Bhd. – an Urban Planning and Master planning firm under the auspices and guidance of Master Planner Lee Kim Siem – a known master planner alongside with the Technical Team incepting the urban planning and modernization of Singapore. 

Later joined Chan & Shahriman Architects as a Project Architect, Design Architect and Site Architect for various government projects and notable private project as Renaissance Ramada Hotel in Sandakan, Sabah, Malaysia.

Onwards during the peak of the Southeast Asian “Tiger Cubs” era around 1992, Malaysia faced a shortage of technical staff in the fields of architecture and development. In response, RSG Partners was established to address this gap and provide backup technical support to architects and developers. Over the years, the firm has played a significant role, supporting many architects, developers, and entrepreneurs with technical assistance, conceptual design, and presentation services.

With a desire to broaden his experience and knowledge, he moved to the USA in December 2002, where he quickly secured a position as a Senior Designer with Steelman Group in Las Vegas, followed by a role as Senior Designer/Senior Project Manager at Carpenter, Sellers, Del Gatto.

In 2006, he founded RG Concepts Designs in Las Vegas. Over the years, the firm has served prominent clients such as Wynn Design and Development and has formed alliances with firms like W. Morris Architects, RS Sherman Architects, and EM Architects, among others. Had the privilege to work side by side with JVA Designs under the leadership of James Veltman – a renowned master planner for The Woodlands in Houston Texas, and Summerlin in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Concurrently, is having the RGaudiel Corporation based in Clark, Angeles City, Philippines extensively master planning communities under The Hausland Development Corporation.

Integrating the Alliance from East to West adopting the very concept of globalization for the last 30 over years.  Ron runs on a very vast experience with an expertise not only on international standard practices and usages but equally on understanding the very core of vernacular design on most regions of the east and west. Multi- level skills and experience on multi-level projects and practice from Malaysia, The USA, South America, The Pacific Rim, The Middle East, China, Singapore and the Philippines.
